Uncivilized Music LLC - Event Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW By purchasing a ticket to any event hosted or presented by Uncivilized Music LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Ticket Holder," "you") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time.

1. TICKET PURCHASE & VALIDITY

  • All Sales Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, or for any other reason, except as explicitly stated in our Cancellation policy below.

  • Authenticity: Tickets should only be purchased from authorized vendors (e.g., TIXR, Eventbrite, Universe, etc.) as listed on the official event page. Uncivilized Music LLC is not responsible for counterfeit tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.

  • Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the ticketing platform's official resale or transfer policy.

2. ADMISSION & CONDUCT

  • Age Restrictions: All age restrictions (e.g., 18+, 21+) will be strictly enforced. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all age-restricted events. Failure to provide a valid ID will result in denied entry without a refund.

  • Right to Refuse Entry: We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the venue. No refund will be provided.

  • Search Policy: For the safety of our artists, staff, and attendees, you and your belongings may be subject to a search upon entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

3. PROHIBITED ITEMS The following items are strictly prohibited from all events:

  • Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, etc.)

  • Illegal substances

  • Outside food and beverages

  • Professional cameras, video, or audio recording equipment without an official media pass.

  • Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by venue security or event staff.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & RECORDING

  • By attending this event, you grant Uncivilized Music LLC and its partners the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and actions in any live or recorded video, photograph, or other media, in whole or in part, for any and all promotional purposes.

  • Personal cell phone photography and video are generally permitted, but professional recording is strictly forbidden unless you have obtained an official media pass in advance.

5. CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS & CHANGES

  • Cancellation: If the event is canceled in its entirety, a full refund for the face value of the ticket will be issued to the original purchaser through the original point of purchase.

  • Postponement: If the event is rescheduled to a new date, your original ticket will be valid for the new date. Refund options, if any, will be communicated at the time of the announcement.

  • Lineup Changes: The artist lineup is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued for changes to the supporting acts.

6. LIABILITY & WAIVER

  • The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.

  • You agree to release Uncivilized Music LLC, the artists, the venue, sponsors, and their respective affiliates and employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
